**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for a high-energy, driven Sales Manager to join our growing team at HCPA. In this role, you will lead the sales strategy for our consulting, advisory, registration packs, and execution services, helping clients navigate sectors like NDIS, Aged Care, Medicinal Cannabis, and Vaccines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead with Motivation & Energy**: Inspire your team to reach ambitious sales targets while maintaining a positive, energetic work environment.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across all service offerings—consulting, advisory, registration, and execution solutions.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- **Team Development**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, success, and continuous improvement.
- **Sales Achievement**: Achieve and exceed team sales goals by converting qualified leads into sales and driving cross-selling opportunities.
- **Proposals & Presentations**: Oversee the preparation of tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations that highlight the value of our services and demonstrate our solutions’ impact.
- **Negotiation & Deal Closure**: Lead contract negotiations, close high-value deals, and ensure clients remain compliant with regulations, securing their business success.
- **Cross-Selling & Upselling**: Identify opportunities to expand client engagement by offering additional services such as recruitment, marketing, and training.
- **Collaboration Across Teams**: Work closely with the Business Development and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless client journey, from initial sales to post-sale execution.
- **Client Success Focus**: Drive client success by providing the tools, guidance, and resources needed to meet business and compliance goals.

**Role Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales with a strong track record in B2B and B2C sales, with the ability to build relationships and motivate others to exceed targets.
- Experience in consulting, healthcare, or service-based sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth and implement actionable sales strategies.
- High-energy, motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can inspire a team to perform at their best.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in leading sales teams and coaching individuals to success.
- Collaborative approach to working across departments to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Relevant qualifications in business, sales, or a related field are advantageous.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
