- $35 per hour + Superannuation | Temporary full time office based role
- Oversee the daily coordination of service technicians across Sydney
- Kingsgrove Location - Parking available and close to public transport

This boutique provider of security and IT services has been established for 20 years and proudly holds clients across the Sydney Metro area. Working closely as preferred partners to the Strata community and other contract projects, they provide reliable and highly qualified specialists and technicians to assist in the delivery of their services. Based in Kingsgrove, this company houses their office and warehouse team together. Working with a small team of dedicated Aussies and UK employees you will be given a friendly welcome, extensive handover training and ongoing support throughout this two-month temp contract. There is plenty of available parking and their office is close to public transport. In this Monday to Friday, full time position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of service technicians and providing administration support to organise client workflow and assist customers It is a great role for someone with prior experience in coordination, dispatch, and allocation style roles.

As an experienced and skilled coordinator, you are well versed in the overseeing and scheduling of service appointments. With your organisation skills you can effectively manage resources and ensure that services are delivered efficiently and on time. Detail is key and as someone who is naturally attentive and meticulous, you can carefully avoid any conflicts or errors. Known for your calm, logical and pragmatic approach you can easily multitask to handle a variety of conflicting priorities and requests. Sometimes your carefully planned day may change in an instant and when this occurs, you can handle any unexpected challenges by thinking on your feet and finding solutions quickly. As with the nature of all roles, there are ebbs and flows in work volume and with this in mind, you can plan ahead to free up future time or assist your teammates. Having the ability to professionally communicate across all levels will see you provide excellent levels of service to clients and customers as you address any client enquiries, concerns, or requests. Lastly, your positive attitude will be instrumental to successfully stepping into this annual leave cover temp role.

**A snapshot of your role**:

- Efficiently manage the day-to-day scheduling of 7 service technicians to client jobs across the Sydney Metro area
- Learn the company job flow CRM and create new requests, input quotes and track phases of each job to completion
- Manage all related paperwork and documentation for the completion of jobs and manage the invoice process for each project
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Service Manager and Project Coordinator
