**Your new role**

Your passion for writing, coordinating and developing knowledge of those around you will put you a step ahead of the competition. You will be responsible for coordinating responses to Question Time Briefs, Ministerial Submissions and Briefs for the body and have the opportunity to contribute to Policy and procedural material for the section and body holistically. On a day to day basis you will see yourself:

- Completing quality checks on all ministerial items to ensure high quality products are provided to Ministerial Offices and agency Executives.
- Ensuring the ministerial and parliamentary work are compliant and delivered within agreed timeframe
- Providing high quality advice and support to the agency staff in relation to ministerial and parliamentary procedures and requirements.

As you will be engaging and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally, well-developed communication skills with the ability to foster professional relationships whilst building rapport and trust is a must.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your previous experience in a similar parliamentary and Ministerial environment will allow you to hit the ground running and set yourself apart from the crowd. You will bring your passion for parliamentary and ministerial processes along with the following:

- Demonstrated experience in a range of problem solving activities
- Demonstrated experience in a reactive environment with changing priorities
- Experience in developing and supervising high performing teams

To be considered for this role you must be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance at the Baseline level or higher.
