DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Assistant, Projects in Sydney.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to oversee the contractual and administrative aspects of our projects. This role involves developing, reviewing, and negotiating contract variations, managing paperwork, resolving inquiries and problems, and ensuring the successful execution of projects by collaborating with various stakeholders.

**Your typical day at DSV**:
1. Contract and Program Management:

- Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, projects, and services.
- Ensure that contractual obligations are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Issue Resolution:

- Respond to inquiries and proactively resolve problems related to contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and individuals affected.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

3. Administrative Oversight:

- Manage paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects, and services, including documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and organized records.

4. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with relevant parties to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved.
- Foster productive working relationships and communication among project stakeholders.

5. Advisory Role:

- Advise senior management on matters requiring attention, offering insights and recommendations.
- Implement decisions made by senior management to facilitate project success.

6. Contractor Oversight:

- Oversee the work conducted by contractors, ensuring compliance with work orders and project specifications
- Report any variations to work orders and take appropriate actions as necessary.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare, review, and maintain submissions, reports, and documentation concerning the organization's project activities.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of project-related records.

8. Data Analysis:

- Collect and analyze data associated with projects undertaken, tracking key performance indicators.
- Report on project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.

9. Office Accommodation:

- Review and arrange new office accommodation as needed to support the organization's activities and growth.

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or proven experience in project administration, contract management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software and project management tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
