**About the Organisation**
The Country Women's Association of New South Wales (CWA NSW), a not-for-profit association, that is part of the largest voluntary women's organisation in Australia, aims to improve conditions for country women and children. Formed in 1922, they support and work for the welfare of all women, their families, and communities, through representation at all levels of government, lobbying for change, fundraising events, helping the local community, creating a network of support, and teaching life skills.
**About the Role**
As the EA, you will provide executive, administrative, and secretarial support to the CEO and the organisation, including the Annual State Conference. You will support the CEO with diary management, as well as organising and coordinating state events and committee meetings, and coordinate key projects and tasks across the organisation.
You will work closely and communicate with members, committees, and key internal and external stakeholders.
You will be an experienced EA with project or event management experience that is adaptable and positive. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. You will have exceptional stakeholder engagement and written and verbal communication skills. You will be someone that enjoys working within a close-knit and collaborative team.
Experience within associations, membership organisations, peak bodies, or NFPs is desirable.
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Project and event management of the Annual Conference
- Liaise with 3rd parties including suppliers, venues, presenters, committees, speakers, local council, etc
- Organise & coordinate board meetings
- Manage the secretariat functions and provide executive support eg. Preparing agendas, reports, collating minutes, and board papers
- Diary and calendar management for the CEO
- Manage general branch inquiries eg. property management & inquiries
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders eg. members, committees, staff
- Complete general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks
**To be successful you will have**:
- Experience in event or project management
- Experience in providing executive assistance to a C-Suite Executive
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail with a structured and organised approach
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems eg. MS Office Suite
