We are seeking an exceptional and highly motivated Facilities/Project Management Officer to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for a hardworking and passionate hospitality professional.
- Assist in the provision of facilities services, including building maintenance, refurbishments and minor handy-man activities, such as plumbing, electrical, and miscellaneous building management.
- Coordinate the purchase of workplace goods and services, as well as asset/equipment management
- Liaise, negotiate and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders/contractors, to deliver outcomes within agreed limits
- Flexibility to match operational activities, which may include early or late shifts and/or to be on-call in emergency situations
- Follow documented procedures to resolve issues and exercise good judgement
- Plan and manage the general repairs, maintenance and preventative maintenance schedules throughout the commercial facility in conjunction with maintenance team.
- Lead the assessment of new projects to define scope/charter & business case development, execution towards successful delivery on time, on budget

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Demonstrated experience in facilities management and the ability to develop sound, practical/workable and innovative solutions to resolve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Driver’s License
- Full work rights in Australia.

Ideally commencing in February, an ability to commence at short notice, and a genuine interest in customer service and working in a team environment is important.
