**Position Description**:

- Recruitment of tradespersons for project requirements
- Communicating with technical leads & clients to ensure quality of labour and safety needs are met
- Reference checking & background verifications
- Booking of preemployment medicals
- Co-ordinate and plan the delivery of training
- Manage all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, including client approvals, site access, training verification.
- Flights and accommodation may be required on some projects.
- Prepare all employment contract documents and ensure paperwork is completed accurately
- Liaise and maintain relationships with external labour hire agencies
- Manage the day-to-day administration responsibilities including file management & CV formatting and maintaining recruitment trackers

**Position Requirements**:

- Previous experience in mobilisations and/or project administration
- Some recruitment or human resources experience desired
- Excellent time management skills who is highly motivated
- Eager to succeed
- Has the ability to multitask
- Work under pressure
- Strong Administration Skills
