We are looking for
**Technical Support Specialist** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring of System Health State
- Investigating abnormal system behavior and escalating in case of component failure
- Investigating and resolving service requests - describe, triage, and own request resolution till fully resolved
- Escalating incidents to the appropriate unit or resolving them on their side if it is possible
- Collaborating with the other teams to research and resolve problems (Including Risk Managers, DBA, Dev Team, Customer Support, etc.)
- Updating and expanding the existing knowledge base on monitoring and incident response.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL)
- Ability to work with any Unix OS
- Attention to the details
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work in shifts (Monday to Sunday 24/7)
- English level B2 or higher.

**Would be a plus**:

- Experience with different monitoring tools, e.g., Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, and AWS metrics
- Technical documentation writing skills.
