Overview

We are hiring for a Support Analyst L2 role at Infios. Join our Worldwide Support team in a fast-paced, client-facing environment that uses customer service and multitasking to deliver smart, timely solutions. You will work directly with clients to tackle complex business and operational challenges, supported by a collaborative local team and global support network to drive success.

Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Salary: A$85,000.00–A$95,000.00.

Responsibilities
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and support end users
  • Troubleshoot WMS, Windows OS, SQL Server, SSRS reports, and third-party software issues
  • Manage WMS environments and configuration migrations between environments
  • Perform WMS data administration (users, menus, zones, locations, pick/put-away sequences)
  • Modify and enhance reports using Dashboard, SSRS, and Crystal Reports
  • Design and implement enhancements to customer WMS environments
  • Monitor SQL performance, tune queries, and optimize indexes
  • Interface with customers, IT teams, project leaders, and vendors for support and implementation
  • Quantify and escalate issues with supporting data to ERP vendors or third parties
  • Mentor and develop operations team members on WMS tools and processes
Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, BA/BS, or equivalent
  • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload
  • Proficient in MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and familiar with IIS and stored procedures
  • Exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, HTML, XML, JSON, and OData
  • Experience with Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, and basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTPS, SMTP, DNS)
  • Flexible for rotational on-call support; supply chain knowledge is a plus
