Technical Infrastructure Specialist

As a Technical Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical assistance to clients with their IT infrastructure and network systems. You will gain hands-on experience in maintaining client computer systems, focusing on Microsoft Applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain client computer systems, focusing on Microsoft Applications
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 and Office 365 issues
- Ensure optimal IT system performance for high productivity
- Provide technical assistance with hardware and software to end users
- Log bugs and enhancement requests
- Resolve IT Support issues via phone, in person, and electronically
- Maintain the job ticket system and liaise with L2 support for complex issues
- Technical issue resolution and diagnosis
- Customer service skills combined with technical expertise
- Office 365 and Windows 10 troubleshooting
- Windows Server Configuration and Active Directory
- Virtualization and network support
- Access to key technologies like Microsoft Azure and AWS
