Job Title: Patient Services Assistant L2

This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and experienced patient service professionals to provide high-quality care in our acute psychiatric unit.

The acute psychiatric unit is a 30-bed inpatient unit offering a range of services including an eating disorder program and a parent infant program. As a patient services assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food handling practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Health (Patient Services)
  • A willingness to work in a hospital environment with patients who require support
  • A flexible attitude to work requirements and routine
  • The ability to use initiative and prioritize tasks and problem-solve
  • Basic verbal and written English skills
