As an Internal Communications Manager, you will develop and execute engaging communications strategies, fostering a purpose-driven culture across the Asia Pacific region. You’ll work closely with teams from Corporate Affairs, Strategy, and senior leaders to align messaging and drive initiatives that support our mission to create positive impact through government partnerships. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll contribute directly to shaping our culture and supporting our colleagues across various communication channels, including live webinars, the intranet, and more.

As an Internal Communications Manager, you’ll make a positive impact by:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive internal communications strategy.
- Producing clear, engaging content for announcements, messages, and leadership communication.
- Tracking and analysing feedback to improve communication efforts.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support aligned messaging.
- Supporting crisis or change management communications to ensure timely and supportive updates.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally within a large organisation.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering engaging content.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and ideally video production or graphic design.
- A proactive, creative approach to problem-solving and strategic thinking.
