**The Role**
Some of the key duties of this role are:
- Processing and booking of travel for Western Australian University Regiment (WAUR) Defence members.
- Build and sustain relationships with team members, stakeholders and actively participate in teamwork and group activities.
- Collect and consolidate data and information and provide assistance in the preparation of written submissions, reports and other correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- The incumbent will be required to provide some limited supervision and support to Defence employees at lower classifications, as well as providing on-the-job training to team members.

- Have a keen eye for detail.
- Be capable of working with a wide variety of customers and stakeholders.
- Have a good level of computer literacy including with MS Office, collaborative electronic filing and financial systems.
- Manage the priorities and needs of the customers to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Be able to work in a fluid environment by remaining flexible, agile and adaptable.
- Experience with the Defence Objective filing system is desirable, however training is available where necessary.
