**About the role & where you’ll be working**

Our Southern Plus East Fremantle residential site is currently seeking a part time Administration Officer to support our current team. Our Administration Officers supervise the front desk and help create an outstanding first impression to all visitors, clients, and family members.

Southern Plus East Fremantle is our flagship residential site, dedicated to providing high quality care and premium amenities to all our residents.

This role will require you to work on the fortnightly schedule listed.

Week 1: Monday 0830 - 1330

Week 2: Monday & Tuesday 0830 - 1630, Friday 0830 - 1330, Saturday & Sunday 0900 - 1700

**Your duties will include**:

- Supporting all resident admissions and discharges.
- Assisting in RAT tests and other safety protocols.
- Ordering supplies, data entry, filing and other administrative tasks.
- Assisting the Residential Manager in any ad hoc duties.

**About you**

You are an experienced Receptionist or Admin Officer who enjoys interacting with people. You’ll have great customer service skills, an understanding of Microsoft Office suite programs and the ability to prioritise and manage your time properly.

**To be considered for this role, you’ll need**:

- A friendly phone manner & great interpersonal communication skill.
- The ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and residents.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency and an understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
- Able to work the roster as listed above.

**How to apply**
- National Police Clearance - Current within 6 months.
