**Description**:
What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Lead, Coach, develop and guide a team to achieve in all performance areas.
- Communicate business objectives, resource allocations, policies, and changes to the team.
- Analyse team and individual performance. Implement performance improvement strategies using goal-setting techniques.
- Build a knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated team of professionals with a shared vision and ownership of business success.
- Role model the Aussie Broadband Values.
- Provide accurate reporting and forecasting to Customer Development Sales Manager
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts, answer questions and assist with problem resolution.
**Skills and Experiences**:
What we’re looking for
- Experience in Team Leader position and a demonstrated ability to effectively manage, lead and develop a sales team to success.
- Good knowledge of the telecommunications/ ICT industry.
- Understanding of an Account management sales environment and how to drive sales performance and deliver ethical sales.
- Be courageous by being accountable, proactive, and innovative.
- Demonstrated ability to generate a strong team culture and create strong relationships across the business.
- Excellent communication skills including listening and responding both orally and in writing.
