**Flying Bark Productions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Studio Coordinator to join the team at our studio in Sydney’s beautiful Alexandria**

**We are working on exciting projects such as Marvel Studios’ What If ? Disney Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, the recently announced Avatar: The Last Airbender feature film, Flying Bark’s own 200% Wolf, and many others.**

**You would be joining a dedicated and inclusive group of corporate staff, producers, creative and technical artists that love collaborating and problem solving as a team.**

**The Studio Coordinator will manage our Front of House facilities and ensure the smooth and safe running of the studio. The Studio Coordinator will provide assistance to senior members of the team and act as a hub of communication, information and administrative support for a workforce both in house and remotely.**

**Here's the kind of experience and skills we're looking for**:

- Previous building/facilities and operational experience is a must;
- A high level of proactivity, interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication;
- Advanced knowledge of Google suite, Microsoft Office packages with Canva highly regarded;
- A driver's licence and ideally your own vehicle;
- Knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety requirements;
- An excellent understanding of the importance of confidentiality and building security;
- Desire to work in a dynamic filmmaking environment, supporting a team of creative and technical artists and sharing their enthusiasm about the world of animation;
- Managing the meeting rooms, keeping them and all public studio areas clean and tidy at all times;
- A collaborative and can do attitude and a willingness to contribute as needed to the overall success of the business.
