**Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the studio team
- Plan and schedule shoots to ensure timely content delivery for collection launches
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organization, working closely with the Photographer
- Manage stock and sample loans and returns, collaborating with Digital Studio Coordinators
- Coordinate with agencies to book models, stylists, and other necessary personnel
- Conduct model castings, seeking relevant approvals and maintaining documentation
- Follow budgets set by the Digital Content Director for model spend, casual hours, and approved rates
- Work with the Digital Content Director and stylists to develop Styling Guides for each collection
- Support Wholesale, Design, and Marketing teams with photography and video needs
- Collaborate with the Social Media team and Digital Content Director for additional content production

**Digital Content**:

- Act as the visual gatekeeper, ensuring high standards for all product imagery and video
- Provide feedback on the quality and consistency of photography, styling, and editing
- Ensure accurate and consistent colors for all product imagery and video
- Oversee the upload of product imagery and videos to Magento
- Optimize processes for timely delivery of all content assets
- Retouch images and edit videos according to guidelines and brand standards
- Ensure documentation of size and fit details for each product
- Collaborate with the wider team on product enrichment processes before launches

**Team Management & Development**:

- Oversee the quality and consistency of all imagery and video produced by the studio team
- Onboard and train new team members
- Coach and develop Studio Team Lead, Photographer, Online Content Coordinators, and Studio Assistants
- Plan responsibilities for full-time team members in alignment with studio and collection launch commitments
- Approve casual team member rosters set each week by the Studio Team

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in ecommerce studio management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and studio equipment
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
