**About this role**:** As the Studio Manager of this international design consultancy firm, you will support the Sydney, Melbourne and international teams to ensure the smooth running of the studios. You will work closely with the team of Directors to ensure the business runs efficiently and that projects are delivered effectively.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the administration and organisation of the studio and
- Provide leaderships, guidance and support to the wider administration teams nationally and internationally
- Provide administrative support to the team of directors
- Ensure policies are streamlined across all facets of the business
- Manage office stationery and supplies
- Ensure the studio space is kept presentable and
- Monitor the completion of staff timesheets
- IT administration
- Travel and accommodation coordination
- Project administration including the set-up of new projects on internal database
- Manage some marketing including internal newsletter
- Coordinate internal events, visitors and lunches within the studio
- HR administration including liaising with recruitment agencies, onboarding and reviews
- Assist with the production of submissions and bids

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in
a design-related practice
- Previous experience in Personal /Executive Assistant roles
- Extremely organised and thorough with strong attention
to detail
- Collaborative and responds well under pressure, whilst also
being able to work autonomously
- Experience with Adobe InDesign
- Experience with financial or project management
software, such as Xero, CMap or other CRM system
- Excellent written, spoken and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English - verbal and written
