Studio Mondo is searching for an eCom Content Studio Manager to produce eCommerce content for a range of exciting international brands.

The role is the link between Mondo and our client ensuring the smooth flow of products, data and imagery through the production process. The role is responsible for coordinating shoot teams and the required resources to execute shoots and related content ensuring adherence to global guidelines. It is full time and based in Banksmeadow.

The role includes the following:

- Managing the receipt of products
- Managing the associated data and logistics
- Shoot production including managing the coordination of content teams
- Overseeing copywriting and product enrichment
- Managing the post production of the imagery including quality assurance of images supplied by our retouching partners and suppliers
- Adherence to global style guides
- Maintaining all relevant documentation
- Working with image databases, systems and shoot computers.
- Maintaining our level of Client Service Excellence.

What are we looking for?
- You must be detail oriented and able to quickly find and resolve problems
- Able to work autonomously but also a team player
- Experience in production - eCom is a bonus
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Understanding of imagery and good eye for quality
- Someone with a can-do attitude who is happy to go above and beyond for the client.
- Comfortable with Excel and have the ability to learn systems associated with our processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work with the team to kick goals everyday
