**The Role**:

- Greet visitors on entry
- Answer all incoming calls and distribute
- Arrange couriers
- Prepare meeting rooms for meetings
- Manage meeting rooms and schedule appointments for staff from other offices
- Make travel bookings for staff, including flights, accommodation, and car hire
- Managing provisions and supplies to both the studio and breakout areas
- Participate in ongoing performance improvement by assisting in developing processes, templates, and guidelines
- Liaise with suppliers to organise library updates and presentations
- QA filing
- Assisting senior staff with invoicing and cashflows
- Arranging / coordinating cultural events in the office
- Ensuring interstate studio connectivity
- Working with interstate colleagues in admin and submissions

**Skills**

You will be required to use various software programs, and training will be provided in specific areas and will include:

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Video Conferencing Software
- Office Management software (Deltek Vision / Deltek Talent)
- Open Asset
- Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) ideally, but not essential.
