**About this role**:
You will be responsible for the coordination of all administrative processes of the studio, carried out in a positive and supportive team environment, it’s a diverse role to challenge you and build your office skills.

This is one of Australia’s best Architecture and Design Studios. The team has a broad range of international experience with specialist knowledge in architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and urban design, and a passion to create exceptional projects across any sector.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Owning the role of front of house including incoming calls and meet + greet
- Being the go to person for office related tasks
- Keep the studio, kitchen and meeting rooms tidy
- Keep supplies topped up in the kitchen, printers, stationery etc
- Building relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
- Working with the team to plan and social, training and client events
- Assist with onboarding new starters and ensuring they have everything they need
- Assist with adhoc tasks provided by the MD and Operations Manager

**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Eagerness to learn new systems and software
