At FK, we believe in the power of design to influence how people live, work, and connect. As a leading architecture and design studio with studios across Australia, we bring together creative thinkers, strategic minds, and technical experts to deliver impactful design solutions that elevate the built environment.

We're driven by our shared ambition: to create architecture of the highest standard, foster inclusive collaboration, and continuously challenge ourselves to think bigger and do better.

About the Role

We are seeking a Studio Administration Coordinator to join our Sydney studio. Reporting to the Studio Administration Manager, this role provides essential coordination and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily studio operations.

What You'll Do
  • Provide front-of-house support, including phone and visitor management
  • Assist with day-to-day studio operations such as meeting bookings, supplies, and equipment needs

  • Help plan and deliver staff events and cultural initiatives
  • Coordinate minor facilities and maintenance requirements as needed

What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in an administration, coordination, or office support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a busy studio environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine interest in supporting people and creating a collaborative workplace culture

Why FK?

We value learning, shared success, and personal growth—and we provide flexible working options and a genuine commitment to wellbeing. You'll find mentoring, professional development, and clear pathways for progression, all within a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

At FK, we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive. We know that diverse perspectives lead to better design, stronger teams, and more meaningful outcomes. If you're excited about this role—even if your experience doesn't perfectly match the criteria—we'd love to hear from you.
