**Job Description**:
We have a current vacancy for a person who takes pride in contributing to exceptional building operations and presentation standards to join our team.

As part of our wider Real Estate Management division, you will manage key relationships with the client, tenants, service providers and colleagues. Your ability to time manage effectively and to work autonomously as well as part of a team is vital.

**Other key accountabilities include**:

- Ensuring the asset is well presented at all times
- Carry out general day to day maintenance as directed by the Facilities Manager - duties include minor plumbing, painting, tiling, replacement of tubes and globes, cleaning of plant rooms, hoarding installation, gardening etc
- Good financial literacy is needed to assist the Centre Manager and Facilities Manager with input in the creation and delivery of OPEX and CAPEX budgets
- Ensure that all areas of risk are minimised and managed effectively
- Ensure effective communication between Centre Management and on-site service providers such as security and cleaning
- Ensure all procedures and protocols are followed effectively
- Undertake formalised and documented inspections of the centre
- Attend and participate in contractor monthly meetings
