**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a Facilities Manager to look over a portfolio of mixed Industrial and Retail assets based around Sydney.

The role is with a large national owner who are well-known and well-respected in the Property space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the portfolio of properties while ensuring compliance with all legislative and workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements.
- Efficiently and effectively manage the hard & soft service function of the assets.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and communication to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including customers, contractors, consultants, property visitors and the general public.
- Act as the primary point of contact for matters related to the buildings and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address issues.
- Carry out frequent property inspections, both internally and externally, which include daily inspections, weekly exception reports, and structured quarterly inspection reports.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilities management, working on Commercial, Industrial or Retail assets.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and operations.
- Must have a high level of communication abilities along with strong customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
