We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team working with a single key client. In this diverse role, you will provide key facility services ensuring the smooth operation and work environment of our client tenancies. Whether you’re a Facilities Coordinator or Assistant Facilities Manager, we will provide full training and development depending on your experience.
**Here's a snapshot of your day;**
- Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with our client and tenants
- Site operations including contractor management, work requests, and troubleshooting building issues
- Oversee the health, safety and environmental aspects of the FM delivery and complete site safety inspections including defect coordination and cleaning standards
- Assist with developing SOP’s
- Manage contractors to deliver cost-effective repairs and maintenance
- Maintain high levels of superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement
**Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you'll need to be successful;**
- Previous experience in facilities or trade background will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated customer service experience, a strong work ethic and a positive approach
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to problem solve
- Strong time management skills
