**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you’ll provide oversight and continuous improvement of our integrated facilities and business support services to our valued superannuation client**:

- Australian Super**

Seek best practice through our multi-function service delivery and manage the overall service outcomes, ensuring KPI’s and SLA’s are met throughout the term of our contract.

**_ A snapshot of the role:_**
- Manage & oversee site services (Soft & Hard) as part of the scope delivered.
- Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works)
- Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures are being complied with
- Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed
- Engage with all guests, employees, and key stakeholders.
- Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
- Lead the development and implementation of all internal communication strategies in collaboration with client’s leadership with a focus on improving culture and employee engagement.
- Ensure the monthly performance report is generated to meet SLA standards.
- Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner
