We have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic HR team based at our Sydney head office.

**What **you’ll** do**

As a HRBP, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, developing and implementing innovative HR strategy that will enable us to achieve our business objectives. You will provide coaching, guidance and support to ensure that we are a great place to work, and we can attract and retain the talent that our business needs to realise our growth ambitions.

Reporting to our HR Director, you will champion data based decision making and be a strong enabler of organisational change. Your success will depend on strong collaboration with our HR CoEs as you partner with leaders to create a great place to work.

**Essential for the role**:

- Ability to use data to drive strategic decision making
- Ability to design and lead effective change management interventions
- Demonstrated coaching skills to build leadership capabilities
- Previous experience with delivery of process improvements/simplification initiatives
- Strong influencing & stakeholder management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field

**Desirable for the role**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience working with agile tools and mindset
