Working closely with our Residential Care Management team, this role will be a vital support in delivering a wide range of generalist people consulting and advice services in support of our strategic people needs and goals.

This is a permanent full-time position and will report to the HR Partnering Manager. Main responsibilities will include:

- Build and manage strong client partnering relationships with all key stakeholders within designated client group (CG)
- Provide specialist advice in the management and resolution of employee relations matters, grievances & dispute
- Coach CG leaders in strategies and processes for effective people management
- Proactively analyse and report on CG people metrics, identifying trends and areas for action
- Partner with CG leaders in the development and deployment of culture and organisation development initiatives
- Collaborate with CG leaders to navigate the people planning and delivery aspects of more complex organisational change projects.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field
- Significant experience in HR Business Partnering in Aged Care, Health Care or FMCG type environments
- Experience working with unions on people matters
- Deep knowledge of employment legislation, regulations and Enterprise Agreements
- Advanced coaching and influencing skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent facilitation, communication & interpersonal skills
- Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to travel is required
