HR Coordinator
- ** Permanent Full-time position, 7 additional days off per year**:

- ** Based at Macquarie Park, short walk from Metro Station + WFH options**:

- ** Be part of a large, collaborative & supportive HR Team**

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a 2nd HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to our HR Business Partnering team. If you love being busy, supporting a professional & approachable team, this true generalist position could be what you've been looking for.

Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills, together with your respect for confidentiality and ability to effectively liaise with key stakeholders, will aid your success in this integral position.

Responsibilities will include:

- HR Administration including preparing contracts, employment variation letters & other employment related letters, formatting and preparing documentation, streamlining internal templates.
- Maintaining personnel records including but limited to right to work statuses and COVID vaccination records & other accurate employee data.
- Acting as the first point of contact for any HR queries and ensuring queries are responded to in a timely manner, and more.

The ideal applicant will be highly organised, solution-focused, responsive and self-motivated.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
- Min 2+ years’ experience in a similar HR administrative role - preferred
- Ability to focus on continuous improvement initiatives
- High attention to detail and "can do" approach
- Experience in the Aged Care and/or Health sector - preferred
- Must be able to provide evidence of Covid19 Immunisation x3
