You will be reporting directly to the General Manager, this position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within the organization while working for an established brand with a fantastic culture.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day functions of accounts payable
- Perform timely bank reconciliation tasks/monthly P&Ls submissions
- Accurate data entry and maintaining up-to-date financial records
- Manage and maintain finance in-box ensuring items are actioned in a timely manner
- Resolve issues as they arise and respond to suppliers, customers, and other internal and external stakeholders
- Manage payroll functions
- Perform business administrative duties as required by management to support administration and services function of the business

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong track record of work experience as an Accounts Officer or in a similar role
- Demonstrable knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills and time management skills
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as a team member
- Experience with Pronto highly desirable
- High level of customer service skills
- Problem solving skills and ability to prioritise workload are a must
