The Role:

We are seeking an Accounts/Administration Assistant to join the Carfax team on a part time basis for approx. 3-4 days per week commencing mid-December 2025.

The role is for 6 x months initially, with the potential to extend longer if required.

The key responsibilities include:

§  Answer and direct phone calls & email correspondence (Receptionist duties)

§  Invoice data entry

§  Maintaining contract, vehicle and equipment registers

§  Maintaining the accounts data base

§  General support and ad hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will require the following:

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

Competent computer skills, including a proficient level of Microsoft Excel

Good organisational skills to ensure the Office and the Accounts Dept runs smoothly

Experience using Cheops software is preferred.

This role will incorporate training and mentoring.  We value personal development and consider it vital to the ongoing success of the Company.
