Our client located on the Northern Beaches is a leading Multi-National Company who are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Administrator/Customer Service Officer to join their friendly team.

This is varied and busy role which requires someone who can multitask, be extremely organised, think on their feet and genuinely enjoys customer service. No day is ever the same.

To be considered for the role it is essential you have previously worked in a customer-focused environment.

We are looking for someone who has

proven abilities in clear and effective communications skills, good attention to detail and has a flexible attitude and thrives working in a team environment.

Your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Taking inbound calls from customers and representatives
- Processing of customer and supplier quotations
- Processing of customer and supplier orders
- Invoicing customer orders accurately
- Coordinate technicians for both field services and residential services
- Dealing with Service Technicians job scheduling, job site timesheets and expenses for customer invoicing purposes
- Updating order entry figures in ERP systems
- Dealing with local and inter-company order related queries and processes
- General office administration and ad-hoc duties (travel arrangements etc.)
- Customer Service experience
- Good attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Work under pressure and deadline orientated
- Effective problem solving abilities
- Team player and who can work autonomously
- Good organisational skills
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Excellent system skills (Quickbooks, SAP, Excel, Word)
- An interest in basic technical product knowledge
- Understanding of basic Foreign Exchange transactions
- Understanding of the Accounts Payable Process
- Background in manufacturing / engineering is highly desirable but not essential
