Based in our head office in Sydney, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and energetic administrator to work within our Customer Service/Admin Division. This is a varied role where your skills will be utilised to drive the delivery of administrative processes and provide great customer service.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to local and remote managers and their teams - including processing invoices, accounts queries, creating and processing purchase orders, timesheets and expenses-
- Provide support and assistance to other members of the Administration team- Complete general administration tasks, such as travel arrangements, updating systems and reports

About You - What We Are Looking For- Previous experience in a busy administrative role- Experience in providing high level customer service and support- Excellent MS Office skills- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time to meet conflicting deadlines and a busy workload- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills- Accurate, proactive, positive, resourceful and a can-do attitude
