We are an Australian owned company offering physical Access Control and Security Solutions to a wide variety of businesses and corporations. We are located in Belrose on the Northern Beaches and close to public transport.

Working as a member of the Belrose office team you will be responsible for but not limited to the following to support the day to day operations of the business.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Answer and redirect phone calls;
- Handle queries from managers and employees;
- Order office stationery and supplies;
- Responsible for the administration of our internal customer RMA process;
- Assistance and co-ordination of trade shows and events where necessary;
- Organize, store and print company documents as needed.

**Characteristics**:

- Highly organized and able to multitask with ease;
- Good communication skills;
- A friendly manner with workmates and customers;
- Basic computer skills and literacy skills;
- Be positive at all times and have a “can-do attitude”;
- Good time management skills and be punctual for a Mon-Fri 8.30am -5pm workday;
- Experience in an Administration Role in an office based environment is preferred;
- Ideally reside on the Northern Beaches or in close proximity to Belrose.

**Helpful Skills and Experience**:
Full on the job training provided

Previous experience working in an office is an advantage but not essential.

Preference given to an immediate start

Salary is dependent on previous work experience
