- experienced supervisor with an active and positive attitude
- excellent communication and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food and drinks
- Able to cover any positions ( bar, floor)
- Maintaining wage cost under 20%
- Opening and closing a venue
- Lead as an example and ability to work under pressure
- Available weekends throughout summer

**Supervisor Bar**

Main objective

Support GM and assist with the daily service, whilst upholding the high customer service and food quality that is expected.

Supervise the bar and direct staff as needed to ensure the smooth and effective service.

Duties

Responsible for checking stock of bar service items and alcohol

Cleaning of bar lines weekly or appointing another supervisor to complete task

Bar team are briefed on daily working positions and order of service

Mindful of labour cost and keep staffing levels within budget

Ensure bar staff are delivering great customer service

High standard of food and beverage quality is being met

Liaise with fellow supervisors if on duty regarding service issues

Develop cocktails of the day/week

Ensure correct set up and pack down of working area is performed daily

Train and motivate floor staff

Inform GM of maintenance issues

Open and close venue, including cashing up

Cover staff during lunch breaks

Check staffing has been confirmed the day before, and re roster if necessary

Work closely with GM and support fellow supervisors if they require

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 3 years (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
