The Angry Dog is looking for suitably experienced hospitality staff who are interested in an amazing opportunity to commission our new and exciting licensed bespoke warehouse bar in West Melbourne.

**Tasks include**:

- Manage operations of our "soon to open" bar.
- Supervise and monitor bar staff.
- Staff recruitment, training and rostering.
- Maintain sufficient levels of stock.
- The ability to work with and support our Food Truck partners during bump in and out.
- Ensure the events space is maintained, cleaned as per schedule and complies with all Government Health and Safety Regulations.
- A positive attitude, great personality, proactive and innovative.
- Manage pricing and budget effectively for the business with a view to minimising costs.
- Sound decision making skills, the ability to critically think and confidence in handling conflict resolution.
- The ability to create delicious beverages, paying attention to detail, to delight customers. Must have Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.
- Barista experience.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
