Bar Manager for Live Music Venue

The Memo Music Hall, a St Kilda Live Music Venue, is seeking a positive, energetic and customer focused Bar Manager to join the team. Roster mainly consisting of nights including weekends. No graveyard shifts.

The successful applicant will have the following;

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • A passion for live music
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service with a bright and bubbly personality
  • Rostering and stock control experience
  • Be highly motivated
  • Be well presented
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Strong communication skills
  • Cash handling skills
  • Flexibility to work day/night weekends
  • The ability to work both peak and down times
  • Cocktail and waiter service experience

Qualifications Required:

  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
