**About the opportunity**

The venue has a calm and relaxing feel that celebrates fresh and locally sourced produce, and offers a level of service that is genuine and casual.

You will support the Venue Manager in shift management, coaching and developing your bar teams knowledge, assisting with training sessions when required, and winning over customers every day of the week.

This waterfront venue requires a committed hospitality leader with proven Duty Manager, Assistant Venue Manager or Bar Manager experience. Strong wine knowledge and WSET accreditation is desirable but not essential as this is a mid range bar the focuses on volume cocktails, craft beer, and Australian wine
