Jekyll and Hyde, a busy English-style bar, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead a team while delivering excellent customer service.

About the Role:

  • Lead and supervise bar staff during service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
  • Support with stock management and staff training
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and team coordination

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
  • Previous supervisory experience or proven leadership potential
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Confident, calm under pressure, and great with people
  • Reliable and available to work evenings and weekends
