**About the business**
Outsource1 is a North Brisbane based manufacturer and reseller to the traffic control and safety industries, specialising in full custom vehicle fit outs and supply of safety and signage to support our customers with reactive and high-quality customer service. To facilitate our growth, we are currently seeking an experienced customer service team member and a possible cadetship to join our fast paced office in Brendale.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a proactive, customer focused environment and demonstrate your passion for exceptional customer service.
**Duties/responsibilities**:
- Lead and provide guidance to other customer service team members
- Offer outstanding customer support to drive sales and build long term relationships
- Make telephone contact/sales call to all allocated customer accounts
- Daily follow up of all customer quotes through customers and/or Business Development Managers
- Develop and submit weekly quote review report to Chief Growth Officer including all quote feedback
- Partake in sales meetings
- Vertical marketing target lists
- Process incoming sales orders
- Raise supplier purchase orders and oversee process
- Sales/Business Development Management support
- Actively seeking product knowledge and information on new product lines
- Processing customer payments
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Handling customer queries
- Adhere to service procedures, policies and standards
**Skills required**:
- Excellent communications skills and personal presentation
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, being able to contact, arrange and liaise with customers and internal staff members
- Strong customer focus
- MYOB or equivalent (on job training)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent time management
- Self-motivated and performance driven
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Work well autonomously and in a team
- Ability to use initiative
- Confident with problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

The successful applicant will ideally have experience in customer sales and service with proficient computer skills and the ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment. A can-do attitude and a positive outlook are essential and the ability to work in a team and autonomously.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
