We are a whole sale car dealership located in Brendale. Our team, although small, is energetic and composed of young and enterprising individuals. We are seeking an equally motivated individual who can contribute to the business by offering administrative and accounting support.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Utilising **Xero** to manage financial data efficiently.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciling accounts, and

maintaining accurate records in Xero.
- Manage payroll for a small business (4 employees) by ensuring accurate and timely

processing of employee payments, superannuation and tax through Xero.
- Navigate Virtual Yard, which is our software for stock management.
- Provide general administrative support, including phoning mechanics and customers,
- Assist in other ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to contribute to the overall

efficiency of the office.

- Individuals who have pursued studies in an accounting-related business degree for a

minimum of two years are also encouraged to apply.
- A basic grasp of Xero accounting software is essential; prior experience with the

platform is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of payroll functions, including basic understanding of pay calculations,

superannuation requirements, and tax obligations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to self-manage multiple tasks and

priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Someone who can hit the ground running

**Salary**: $21.77 - $25.00 per hour
