The vision of the program is to inspire and enable the world to make food choices and use food experiences to develop more sustainable lifestyles and communities. **A bit about your new role** The **Operational Lead** role is the key partner for the Food Team in strategy, program development, financial management, opening new business, and defining a culture of excellence. Specifically, this position oversees all spectrums of the food service operations including financial management, operations, Client / Customer engagement and people management. The role also oversees the support functions, such as procurement, HR, accounting and both workplace and food safety. **What your day may look like** - Set exceptional program standards and inspire our teams to meet them - Develop key strategic initiatives & implement the Strategic Account Plan for the business - Be the key stakeholder for our inspirational partner and Compass Australia teams to operationalize the food program - In collaboration with the RDO design, manage and own the overall Food experience - Drive a culture of excellence throughout the business - Drive a passion for quality food preparation and taste - Oversee all local partner, sector and Compass Group driven initiatives - Monitor and manage National financial responsibilities - Create a culture of Food and Workplace Safety - Oversee, manage and deliver on time - large scale mobilizations **A bit about you** - Track record in managing a portfolio of business units - Sound knowledge of business strategy development and implementation - MBA and/or graduate degree in Business Management is preferred - Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Experience in managing senior stakeholders in B2B environment - Strong background in driving business unit performance - Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills - Experience in delivering on multiple projects, with proven ability to show short, mid and long-term results **The Benefits** This is your opportunity to develop within a company that is agile, innovate and a market thought leader.
