One of the Big 4 Banks is looking for an experienced Agile Chapter Lead to be part of multiple initiatives

**Your new company**
This role sits within the Operations Enablement Team of one of the Big 4 Banks and is responsible for ensuring that strategy, portfolio and processes are in place so that the bank keeps delivering change automation and resiliency initiatives.

**Your new role**
In this role you will be contributing to the design and implementation of the overall strategy, roadmap and plans in terms of Agile implementation. You will work together with Agile Coaches and Leaders to provide them with an Agile uplift. These squads will, later on, promote agile ways of working to their internal customers in a consistent manner.

For this role you will have a strategic way of thinking and will understand deliverables and how to engage with different teams. You will work by implementing different practices that support customers through the stages of adopting, learning and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your will also advise various squads on agile best practices and methodologies and drive transformational change through to implementation.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive knowledge of Agile practices
- Experience leading multiple squads
- Strong level of strategic thinking
- Experience driving programs and delivering results
- A consultancy background will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
