HR Operations Lead job available with a global organisation based in Sydney CBD.

**Your new role**
In your new position you will managing the HR operations team to ensure service levels are met creating a positive stakeholder experience. You will be responsible for general process improvement and for communication to the HR Operations team along with the National HR Team. You will be maintaining and updating the policies including annual reviews. You will also be managing the pre-employment check process and database.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this position you will have experience leading a HR Operations team previously. You will also have a strong understanding of employment law principles. You will be result driven and team player to engage the team with a positive communication style. You will also have a focus on client experience to improve their experience.
