**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are on the lookout for a skilled and people-focused Service Account Executive to lead our network of Authorised Service Centres and support our national service operations. This is a dynamic leadership role that blends technical support, contractor management, and service excellence. If you’re a qualified air conditioning professional who enjoys coaching others, building strong service relationships, and ensuring high safety and quality standards, this may be the perfect fit for you.
**WHAT’S INVOLVED**:
- Manage and review Authorised Service Centres across compliance, performance, safety, and customer experience
- Deliver hands-on technical support and product training to internal teams and external partners
- Support service administration functions including service call allocation, invoicing, and parts supply
- Lead WHS site management, safety inspections, and contractor compliance
- Coach and mentor direct reports, supporting development and team cohesion
- Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to broader service strategy and training initiatives
**YOU WILL NEED**:
There are a few essential tools you will need under your belt to be successful in this role:
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- A minimum of 6 years’ trade experience and prior experience in supervising or leading others
- Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
- High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and contribute to team success
- Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and practices
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Basic understanding of administration and inventory principles
