**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the State Manager of Victoria and Tasmania, the Key Account Manager (Builders) will lead the execution of the sales strategy in the builder’s channel, to achieve the budgeted goals & targets and annual profitable sales growth within Vic, SA and Tas.
**WHAT'S INVOLVED**:
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Construct the Sales Strategy and engage the team. Create and design value propositions that deliver sales growth and penetrates competitor market share.
- Lead the team using the growth mindset and achieve the budget goals set by the Executive Leadership Team and State Manager.
- Introduce planning & structure. This includes planning at the Key customer level to provide transparency and accountability for the state team.
- Provide support to both ActronAir sales staff and builders to ensure they all have a firm understanding of our sales model for upselling, as well as working with government bodies and the product management team to ensure our product remains compliant and where possible, introduce USP’s that give us a distinct advantage over our competitors.
- Take on a wider sales and marketing role if and when required.
- Establish and influence key relationships with large major builders ensuring that the relationship with ActronAir is stronger than our dealers and competitors.
**ABOUT YOU**:
There are a few essential tools you will need under your belt to be successful in this role:
- 5+ years of demonstrated sales growth achievement
- Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent, is desirable
- Experience with strategy and sales planning
- Experience working with diverse sizes of businesses
- Knowledge of current Sales practices and processes
- Ability to establish strong relationships within large corporate customers
- Ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution
- HVAC or trades experience is preferred, but not essential.
