You are
- Friendly, you are gifted in representing Club Med’s values to customers and employees.
- Key to our activity, you work with different departments and contribute to our overall success.

You will
- Elaborate the arrival/departure schedules and submit it to the Front Desk Manager for validation
- Organize the welcome and transfer procedures of our clients and relay the information to rest of the village
- Welcome the clients as they arrive and assist them for their departure
- Be in relation with the airport authorities (customs, police ), airplane companies and the local travel agencies
- Draft of all transfers, dispatch to the providers and do the follow up of the invoices
- Treat the comments and specific requests of our clients (luggages, flight changes)
- Applicate Club Med standards and respect hygiene and security procedures
- Accompany and train the receptionists in their daily tasks
