The Key Account/Territory Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with customers to achieve sales targets and strategic account objectives to deliver overall sales growth in WA. The Key Account/Territory Manager represents the entire range of GPN products and whilst overseeing the territory, ensures assigned customers’ needs and expectations are exceeded.

**The opportunity where you will make an impact**: Achieving growth in the specialty supplement channel via acquisition of new business. Working with new and existing clients to increase market penetration in WA. Play a full and active part in defining commercial proposals for customers. Reach and exceed sales targets for GPN products and drive sales in the territory. Effectively manage a portfolio of state accounts ensuring revenue targets are reached and customers relationships are built. Maintain regular positive contact with all customers. Develop new business according to state growth plan and KPI’s set. Prepare forecasts and budgets for ongoing and new business customers. Attend appropriate Trade Fairs/Expos as required to generate leads and build relationships. Prepare promotional and business plans for all current and opportunity tender business. Act as a key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions within GPN. Execution of marketing plans in the field. Conduct sampling and education sessions.

**What you will bring to GPN**:
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**: Executing marketing and promotional activities with state accounts. Target focused with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. An entrepreneurial spirit with a strength in spotting opportunities within the market. Strong relationship building skills, with experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers. Professional communication skills with the ability to connect with the customer in the most appropriate way. Excellent presentation skills with confidence presenting to audiences at all levels. The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Self-starter with the capability of working alone. Strong work ethic - with a focus on delivering outstanding results. The ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment. Good financial acumen and ability to understand financial budgets and deliverables.

**Education/Experience**: A track record of experience in sales within a food, beverage, nutrition or FMCG sector, with a strong understanding of sports nutrition. Qualifications in Sales/Business/Marketing or similar. Good IT literacy with a knowledge of MS office.

**Occupational Health & Safety Requirements**: Understand and comply with the organisation OH&S Policy, procedures, and legislative requirements relevant to the position. Take responsibility for individual / own health and safety and that of others in the workplace. This includes the reporting of incidents involving injury and near misses. Communicate with employee representatives and supervisors about OH&S matters. Proactively report any unsafe workplace practices and/or hazards and suggest injury prevention measures. Participate in training programs to improve awareness of risk management and health and safety within the workplace. Perform work in a safe and appropriate manner at all times.
