**Description**:
About the role

We have a Full-Time, Permanent opportunity available for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our friendly team in Glendenning, NSW.

Reporting to the National Accounts Payable Manager, you will provide financial, administrative and clerical services to the business including processing & monitoring payments and expenditures and preparing and monitoring the AP system.

**You will also**:

- Process Invoices & set up them for payments
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and supplier account
- Correspond with vendors, account analysis
- Produce monthly reports, assist with month-end closing

**Skills and Experiences**:
Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience:

- 1-3 years accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Sound computer literacy including demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Outlook and Word
- Good communication skills with ability to build successful working relationships.
- Ability to manage and prioritise loads to meet the dynamic nature of the business
- Previous experience working in an equipment sales/rental or large industrial business (highly regarded)
- Ability to work under pressure without a negative impact and ability to multi-task
