We are on the hunt for our next **Customer Account Manager** to join our vibrant and energetic team full-time at our site in Glendenning, NSW.

The Opportunity:*

Joining our Sales team, you will work to manage key customer accounts to increase account spend and act as a trusted advisor to our clients at various levels.

As you step into this role, your focus will be to learn and master our product process. Through on-the-job training and mentorship, you will thoroughly understand our products and how our customers use them.

Requirements*
**Responsibilities include**:

- Engage in regular communication with clients, working to build strong client relationships
- Enter customer and business development team orders into the Criterion CRM
- Effectively manage your time between client visits and in-office account management
- Field inbound and outbound calls directly from clients and process orders
- Ensure commitments to customers are upheld through strong communication with internal and external stakeholders

**You’ll be great in this role because**:
To thrive in this role, you will bring your account management experience to drive sales and exceed your sales KPIs. Ideally, you will have experience in the manufacturing or construction industries. However, this is not essential.

**What Criterion wants to offer you**:
You will receive an **attractive salary circa $90,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience) PLUS super PLUS incentive based bonuses.** We recognise the value of flexibility and therefore offer remote work options from time to time to accommodate.
